Our Concierge Home Maintenance Service—a premium program designed for discerning homeowners who want total peace of mind, top-tier property care, and proactive stewardship of their investment.

What Is It?
This isn’t a handyman on speed dial. It’s a dedicated, professional-grade maintenance solution—a service built to keep your property operating at peak condition year-round. You’ll have a home steward assigned to you—someone who understands your home intimately, manages all upkeep tasks, schedules necessary services, and ensures nothing slips through the cracks.

Cost Structure
We offer a monthly subscription starting from $200. Subscription premium depends on your home’s specific profile. What influences the cost?
- Outbuildings like barns, guest houses, or workshops
- Amenities like pools, spas, or outdoor kitchens
- Larger square footage or complex systems
- Special features requiring more time and expertise

Upgrade Path
After your first 6 months, you receive additional perks, like "special requests" that your Steward will notify you of. You will also have the option to upgrade your plan to a Silver or Gold Tier. We don’t offer that upfront for one simple reason:
We believe that the home steward should first develop a hands-on understanding of your home’s condition, needs, and unique characteristics.
This way, any upgrade is meaningful and targeted—not just a blanket upsell.

Required Initial Inspection
Before we onboard any home, we perform a comprehensive home inspection. This is a one-time fee which is based on the same factors that influence the monthly subscription.
This inspection isn’t just a formality. It’s how we:
- Establish a complete condition baseline for your property
- Identify any existing or developing issues
- Build a fully customized maintenance plan
- Ensure we're setting up a long-term partnership built on clarity and trust
It also shows your commitment—that you’re serious about preserving your home’s value and living your best lifestyle.

Important Qualification Note
Now, while your home was pre-selected using public records, visual surveys, and neighborhood analytics, there is a slim chance a home may not qualify after inspection.
We’re upfront about this because our service is only as strong as the foundation we start with.
Reasons for potential disqualification may include:
- Substandard or unsafe work by unlicensed tradesmen
- Serious code violations
- Abandoned or incomplete structural projects
- Overall property safety concerns
However, disqualification is not a dead end. If we discover a disqualifying issue, we work with you to explore options, such as:
- Excluding problem areas from the maintenance agreement
- Incorporating repairs into your plan over time
- Re-inspection after remediation
But in the event no workaround can be agreed upon, here’s our commitment to you:
We waive the inspection fee entirely.
You keep the full inspection report, free of charge.
That report is yours to use however you see fit. We believe in doing right by homeowners—whether we move forward together or not.
